He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Daily (Rowlett) and Kathleen Watkins (Rowlett) of Baltimore, Maryland; his grandchildren, Jennifer O'Donnell (Kyle), Laura Daily (Frank Bozelka), Miranda Hinson (Josh) and Dalton Daily; his great grandchildren, Claire Hinson, Marcus O'Donnell and Connor O'Donnell; and his brother Kenneth Rowlett.
