She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Nicholas Panzica and Cecelia Panzica; her husband Jimmie; her sons, Douglas (Meredith) of Gainesville Florida, Keith (Pam) of Harvard Illinois, Jeffery, Tommy, Britney, Jimmie and Stevie; and her sister Cecilia. She was also cherished by her parents, her 2 brothers and a son.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to be made to Dr. Piotr Witkowski at the University of Chicago Hospital for their research in islet cell transplants.
