He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his sons, Kenneth (Melanie) and Christopher (Paula); his granddaughters, Paige and Catrina; and his brother James (Diana). He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and numerous nieces and nephews.
