He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira W. Lowe and Ellen Spears Lowe; his wife Anna Walton; and his siblings, Maude, Mary Lowe, Edna McDowell, Iva Bell, Ira R. John, Melvin, Danny, Harvey and Herman Lowe.
He is survived by: his sons, Gary Lowe (Janis Miller) of Virginia and Mike Lowe of Virginia; his grandchildren, Holly Lowe (Andy) of Pittsfield, Kali Sherwood (Brad) of Troy and Evin Lowe (Taylor) of Athens; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Max Lowe, Emily, Brayden, Rylan Sherwood, Kolton, Kellen and Karlee Lowe.
Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
