It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Mills of Virginia, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 29, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Foster Keagle and Virginia Wright Keagle; her sons, Jon Mills, PsyD and Ontario; her granddaughters, McKensi Mills Patterson (Evan) of Peterborough, Ontario, Chloe G. Mills of Montreal and Ivy B. Mills of Ajax; and her great grandchild Finn Mills Patterson.
