She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Johnny Gaffney and Agnes Gaffney; her husband Jim O'Connell; and her siblings, Mairead, Sheila, Claire, Phil, Frank, Sean, Noel, Mary and Noreen. She was also cherished by her husband, their children.
