We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Joyce Dorsett (Virginia, Illinois), born in Fresno, California. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lee Whetsel and Vera Lorraine Whetsel (Holley); her brother Terry Shannon Whetsel; and her parents-in-law, Marion Arnold Dorsett and Lora May Dorsett (Barr).

She is survived by: her children, Denise Ann Naperville (Rodney), Terry Wayne Dorsett (Kay) and Wilfred Bryan Dorsett (Melissa); her brother Daniel Laveryl Whetsel; her aunt Jo Stewart; and her sister Barbara Evonne Reeves. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and Aunt J to lots of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Sponsor an Hour Fund of the Baptist Foundation of New England, 87 Lincoln Street, Northborough MA 01532 to assist the small churches in New England that she loved so much.
