It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John S. Fazy of Virginia, Illinois, who passed away on October 2, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Fazy and Betty Fazy; and his brother Thomas Fazy. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Fazy; his children, John M. Fazy (Angela), Sara E. McNamara (Nick) and Michael P. Fazy (Jean); and his grandchildren, Patrick, Dominic, Nicholas, Hannah, Michael, Colleen and Connor.
