He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his children, Sam Butterworth (Jennifer) and Sara Tomasevich (Dan); his grandchildren, Joseph, Mila and Lydia; and his siblings, David Butterworth (Geri) and Lynn Billman (late Roger).
