He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Mitchell; his son Vernon "Keith" Foust (Julie Lynn Bubin) of Kennesaw, Georgia; his daughter-in-law Kathleen Ann Brosius Foust of Memphis, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Daniel Mitchell Foust, Kathryn Nichole Foust, Connor James Foust and Chandler Brooks Foust; and his great grandchild James Fisher Plate.
In lieu of flowers, Jerry's family asks memorials in his name be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
