It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Spencer Norris of Virgil, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on March 11, 2023, at the age of 30, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert Norris, Earl and Dolores Spencer. He is survived by: his parents, Jacqueline Marie Norris (Spencer) and Gregory Norris; his children, Kristin, Bethany and Eric Norris (Nia Norris); his grandmother Carol Norris-Stewart; and his stepgrandmother Marcelyn Norris.
