He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilbert Lee and Lorene Kyle Willoughby; and his siblings, June Criquelion and Thomas "Tom" Willoughby. He is survived by: his children, Brian Willoughby (Dawn "Chicken") of Lebanon, IL and Beth Packer (David) of Virden; and his grandchildren, Ali Jeffers (Tim), Cameron Willoughby (Katie), Kourtney Cox (Matt) and McKenzie Roach (Justin). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
