He is survived by: his former wife Nancy Stewart; his wife Nancy Whitaker of Virden, IL; his sons, Mike Stewart of Virden, IL, Chris Whitaker of Virden, IL and Jason Whitaker of Virden, IL; his grandson Malinki; and his great grandchild Ryker Whitaker. He is also survived by two nephews and one niece.
