Wanda F. Carney Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanda F. Carney of Virden, Illinois, born in Litchfield, Illinois, who passed away on March 30, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Warren G. Carney; her sister Betty McMann; and her children-in-law, Bob Siemianowski and Deborah Carney. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Siemianowski, Jill Carney and Jeff Carney; her grandchildren, Danielle Berta (Bret), Joe Siemianowski, Tyler Hampleman, Ben Carney, Nicholas Carney, Heather Kinsland (Jason), Amy and Matt Box; her great grandchildren, Mariah Bowen, Cadeyn, Marissa and Elaina Box; and her brother Mark.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Virden First United Methodist Church (203 S Church St, Virden, IL 62690).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Virden FUMC Memorial Fund, to be used for local community outreach.
