He is survived by: his father Edward C., Jr.; his wife Lori Cox; his children, Kelsey of Virden, Shelby Armstrong of Virden, Faith of Virden and Caleb Elston of Virden; his siblings, Edward C. Elston III of Virden, Linda Boesdorfer (Albert) of Atwater, Michael Elston of Virden and Waneta Weller (Tim) of Thayer; his nieces and nephews, Marcie Leonard (John), Jennifer Castleman, Neil Boesdorfer (Danae), Sarah Armstrong, Carly Weller, Ruthie Weller, Lilly Morgan-Cox, Joseph Weller and Haylee Davis; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brady, Jaxon Castleman, Bella, Collin Etter, Natalie and Samuel Boesdorfer.
