It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodger A. Smith (Virden, Illinois), born in Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on October 23, 2018, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Andrew Smith and Agnes Marie Smith (Babbitt); his wife Linda Smith of Virden, IL; his children, Bradley A. Smith (Sarah) of Auburn, IL and Diana L. Hutchinson (Christopher) of Springfield, IL; and his grandchildren, Braydon Smith, Tyler Smith, Ryker Hutchinson and Lyric Hutchinson.
