He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Leo and Gertrude Seelbach (Murphy); and his brothers, Dale, Jim and Alvin "Cookie" Seelbach.
He is survived by: his wife Helga Schroter; his children, Kevin Seelbach (Kathleen) of Springfield and Christine Lemme of Springfield; his stepchildren, Gary Hatalla (Lori) of Manteno, Tammy Miner (Lance) of Waverly and Christine Bruley of Virden; and his brother William "Bill" Seelbach (Judy) of Farmersville. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested and may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Salvation Army and will be received by Airsman & Calvert Funeral Home, Virden who is honored to be caring for Bob's family.
