We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2024, at the age of 82, Robert Katzenmaier of Virden, Illinois, born in Springfield, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Katzenmaier and Mary Klotz Katzenmaier; and his siblings, Alan Katzenmaier, Helen Van Huss and Delores Page Schultz.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Baker; and his children, Robert Katzenmaier of Springfield, Tammy Long (Jerry) of Grand Blanc, MI and Ryan Baker (Jodi) of Virden. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great- grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Prairieland Ambulance Company, and will be received by Airsman & Calvert Funeral Home, Virden who is honored to be caring for Bob's family.
