He is survived by: his daughters, Tabatha Palmer, Heather Walters and Jessica Smith (Jon); and his siblings, James Rhodes, David Rhodes (Rhonda), Rosa "Catherine" Smith (Bruce) and Nora Alice Ater. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
