He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Fetter and Donna Fetter (Kilmer); and his siblings, Albert Ray Fetter, Rose Marie Lynn and Randall Lynn Fetter.
He is survived by: his wife Patti Wallace; and his children, Chris Fetter (Rachel) of Virden, Jay Fetter (Sarah) of Litchfield and Nicole Graham (Tim) of Springfield. He is also survived by his family; eight grandchildren.
