He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Moore and Mary Helen Moore; his wife Ella Jean Ambrose; and his siblings, J. R., Roy, Ed, Russell, Jack, Alberta and Betty Ann.
He is survived by: his son Rusty Moore (Jo Ellen); his grandchildren, Jesse Noah and Joel Moore; his brothers, Robert Moore and David G. Moore; and his close friend Billie Butler. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
Due to COVID-19, a private graveside is scheduled at Diamond Grove Cemetery in Jacksonville where COVID-19 Protocols will be observed.
