He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Maguire and Martha Maguire (Trakinat); his daughter Anna Marie Maguire; and his siblings, Jack, Richard Maguire and Patricia Olhuin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Clevenger (Jody) and Dawn Stanberry (Jason); his siblings, Eugene Mahuire and Carole Britenstine; his grandchildren, Anna Clouse and Andy Halpin; and his great grandchildren, Kayge Clouse and Leighton Halpin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid restrictions, it is asked that only close friends and family attend.
