She was predeceased by: her mother Debra Scantlin; her son Charlie Donahue II; and her niece Reyna Forbes. She is survived by: her father David Forbes (Sherry); her sons, Blake Sebastian and Ethan Zane Donahue; the parent of her children Charlie Donahue; her siblings, Janice Davis (Rick), Jessica Painter (Carl), Michael Forbes (Angie) and Jotham Forbes; and her nieces and nephews, Mason Forbes, Spencer Davis, Michael Wade Forbes, Lacy, Rikki Davis, McKayla Forbes, Carly and Lilianna Painter. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Camp Coco, in memory of her niece, Reyna.
