Brenda Campbell-Allen wrote a sympathy message

“i am so very sad to read this. I have good memories of Debbie in High School at VCHS. I remember her sitting in study hall trimming the dead ends off of her pretty head of hair. She would lean over, let it fall and away she would go with a tiny pair of scissors! Her hair was so soft and shiny no split ends that's for sure. She was part of the Drill Team when I was Commander. Always a smile on her face. My heartfelt condolences go out to her whole family. May God's touch be evident to you all. BA”
