With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Yard in Virden, Illinois, born in Palmyra, Illinois, who passed away on November 27, 2020 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Humphrey and Bessie Humphrey; her husband George; and her sisters, Lucille Wicks and Virginia Miller.
She is survived by: her brother Robert L. Humphrey of Virden, IL.; her nephews, Glenn Humphrey (Angie) of Coral Springs, FL, Jim Humphrey (Ruth Ann) of Metamora, IL, Bruce Humphrey (Sandy) of Centralia, IL and Lee Humphrey of Indianapolis; and her niece Nancy Humphrey of Arcadia.
