With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alice M. Madiar of Virden, Illinois, born in Carlinville, Illinois, who passed away on June 6, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Alice leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Caroline Jackson and Shirley Jackson; and her husband George Madiar. She is survived by: her children, Bill Federle of Elsiah, IL, Debbie Zaverl of Whitewater, WI and Marianne Kasprzyk of Virden, IL. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
