He was predeceased by: his parents, James Corlett and Mary McShane Corlett; and his former wife Mary Smith. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Martin; his children, Harold Corlett of Viola, IL, Brenda Chaney (Mark) of Chilhowie, VA and Wayne Corlett (Becky) of Viola, IL; his stepchildren, Chris, Bill, Ed, Diana and Kathy; and his brother James Corlett Jr. of Walkertown, NC. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to the Backwater Gamblers or the Arbor Day Foundation.
