He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Young and Marjorie E. Young (Horst); his wife Betty Lou McManus; and his sister Marilyn Coyne. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Dwyer (Joe) of Geneseo, Cynthia Bork of Viola, Joe Young (Valerie) of Atlantic, IA, Mary Elizabeth Arter (John) of Donahue, IA, Kristen Medhurst (Dennis) of Moline and Paul Young (Gina) of Viola. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to St. Anthony's Catholic Church or Sherrard FFA.
