He was predeceased by: his son Michael Wisner (Ann); and his sisters, Mildred, Helen, Maryann, Victoria and Lillian.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Wisner; his children, Victor Wisner III (Lisa), Michele Happold (Michael) and Lisa Wisner; his grandchildren, Jessica Douan (Brooks), Kelly Wisner, Kevin Wisner, Madeline Happold, McKenna Happold, Melanie Happold, Maclain Happold and Troy Wisner; and his great grandchild River Michael Douan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
