It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas R. J. Chambers of Villa Park, Illinois, who passed away on July 15, 2020, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Chambers and Maria Chambers; his brother Josh Chambers (Erin); his grandparents, Thomas D. Chambers (Phyllis A.) and Antonio Pasquale DeSiato (late Maria Pasquelina); and also Barrett Chambers.
