She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick Joseph Herbert; and her son James Michael Herbert. She is survived by: her children, Patrick (Jeannie), Lauretta Chambliss (Walter), William (Christie), Mary Anne Hoye and Patricia Herbert; and her siblings, Margaret Buckley (Peggy), Lauretta Connelly and Joseph McKeown. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
