He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Maureen; his parents, Ramon Kozak and Barbara Kozak; his sister Anastasia Garcia (Rob); his siblings-in-law, Margaret Muscia (Patrick) and Brian Truschke (Holly); and his nieces and nephews, Tyler, Jacob Garcia, Amanda and Sarah Muscia.
