She was predeceased by: her parents, William Patrick and Emma Patrick (DeMarco); and her sisters, Sandy Klaus, Marian Sroka, Jeanette Williams and Isabelle "Pat" Reynolds.
She is survived by: her siblings, Virginia Forbes of Streator, Gloria Wagner of Ottawa and William Patrick (Shirley) of Rochelle. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
