She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley R. Kosek. She is survived by: her children, Victoria Ochocinski (Gregory) of Bartlett and Stanley S. III of Villa Park; her granddaughter Paige of Bartlett; her sister Jeanine Blazick (Robert) of Geneva; and her siblings-in-law, Lorraine Tallarito of Bolingbrook, Joanne Kosek of Chicago, Bernadette Sanberg (Eric) of Villa Park and Joseph Kosek (Catherine) of Rockford. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
