She was predeceased by: her husband William Posik Sr.; and her parents, Herman Hattendorf and Clara Hattendorf. She is survived by: her sons, William Jr. Posik (Jane) and Robert Posik; her grandchild Jennafer Posik; and her sister Betty Krambier. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
