He is survived by: his wife Marcia Lee Woodcock; his children, Crystal Slayton (Jason) of Oxly, William Vern Grant II of Vienna and Amanda Maelee Grant of Vienna; his grandchildren, Eathan Wayne Brown of Oxly, Missouri and Aubrianna Isabelle "Izzie" Slayton of Oxly, Missouri; his brother John Grant (Angie) of Lick Creek; his nieces, Katie Grant, Tina Grant and Reena Robinett; his close friends, Judy and Bryan Lamb of Poplar Bluff, Missouri.; and his pet Carter.
