He is survived by: his children, Johnny Treat (Denise) of Vienna, Carroll Treat of Cypress, Darrell Treat (Katrina) of Cypress, Brenda Fudge (Jay) of Excelsior Springs and David Treat (Kelley) of Kansas City, Missouri; his grandchildren, John Alan Treat (Megan) of Cheyenne, Sara Treat of Vienna, Morgan Treat (Jimmy Jennings) of Golconda, Rasheanda Ames (Gabe) of Dongola, Teddy Treat of Grand Chain, Laura Hosfeldt (Phillip) of Vienna, Ronald Treat (Andrea Hunter) of Lyons, Jessica Treat (Ashley) of Cypress, K. J., Natasha Prewitt (Wayne) of Excelsior Springs and Michael Bohde (Ashley) of Churubusco, Indiana; his sisters, Barbara Davis of South Roxana and Dorothy Little of Cypress; and his close friend Dorothy Ryba of Benton, Kentucky. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
