Virginia L. (Terry) Gray Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia L. (Terry) Gray (Vienna, Illinois), who passed away on September 18, 2024 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hal Terry and Annie Terry (Palmer); her spouse Thomas Glenn Gray; and her siblings, Janet Jackson, Vera Lou Hazel, Bill Palmer and Lillian Gable.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Gray (Lida) of Simpson, Margaret Tanner (John) of Simpson, Nancy Graham (Gary) of Benton, Cara Crabb (Steve) of Herod and Dena Newcomb (Steve) of Simpson, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Penny McCormick, Katrina Snell, Tonia Logeman, Tyler Gray, Terra Lipe, Tom Gray, Tamra Khron, Wendy Ford, Jay White, Johni Stoneburner, John David Tanner, Andrea Saltzman Milner, Jessica Smith, John Byron Cox, Betsy Prater, Jeremy Wallace, Jaylynn Fromm, Laura Winkleman, Stephen Crabb, Stephanie Harner, Ryan Newcomb and Kaylee Adams. She is also survived by 80 great grandchildren; and 33 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the New Liberty Church (20 Old Tannery Rd, Eddyville, IL 62938). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
