It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Carlton (Vienna, Illinois), born in London, London, who passed away on May 15, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emily Bullard (Johnson) and John R. Bullard; her son Timothy Carlton; and her brothers, John Bullard and Ronald Bullard.
She is survived by: her children, Howard, Paul and Carolyn; and her husband Hartley Carlton. She is also survived by 3 children, 12 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
