He is survived by: his former spouses, John R Cox and Karen Fox; his daughter Wendy Patton; his wife Penny Patton (Naylor); his daughter Whitney Patton; his grandchildren, Bryson Ray Patton, Graycee, Hailey, Rylee, Madyson and Karyson; his brothers, Ernie, Mark and Wayne; and his half-siblings, Mike, Jesse, Ricky, Lenny and Becky. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
