It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Steve W. Watkins (Vienna, Illinois), who passed away on November 12, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne E. Watkins and Opal S. Watkins (Choate); his brother Stanley Watkins; his parents-in-law, Dannie and Audrey Chapman; and his brother-in-law Danny Chapman, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Dianne L. Chapman; his children, Marshall Watkins of Harrisburg, Kenny Swisher, Jr. (LeeAnn) of Paducah, Rachel Thomas (Billy) of Grantsburg and Melissa Hall (Jason) of Roachdale, Indiana; his grandchildren, Will Thomas, Austin Swisher, Tori Bert (Bryan), Michael Watkins, J. J. Hall, Libby Thomas, Bryce Hall, Ashlyn Hall, Easton Watkins and Zach Brazzell; and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Watkins and Theresa Bradley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Those attending the visitation and service are reminded to observe customarily accepted social distancing guidelines. The wearing of a face mask or covering is strongly encouraged.
