He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Bellamy and Marjorie Bellamy (Howell); and his brother David Bellamy. He is survived by: his wife Betty Merriman; his son Matthew Bellamy of Evansville, Indiana; his stepchildren, Tracey Thomas (Charles) of Dongola, Michael Kerley of Dongola and Angela Kerley of Raleigh; his grandchildren, Christopher Sullens, Jessica Rothstein, Brandon Sullens, Brian Sullens, Cayden Covarrubias and Mariah Gilbert; and his cousin Tom Benton (Amanda). He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
