He was predeceased by: his father T. A. Noble; and his brother Terry Noble. He is survived by: his mother Betty Noble (Cox) of Vienna; and his children, Ron, James B. Noble of San Antonio and Yvonne R.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; as well as a host of other relatives and many friends.
