He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Vinson and Nellie Vinson (Brown); and his grandson Ethan Rheaume. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Brumley; his daughter Shawn R. Johns (Bryan) of Tunnel Hill; his stepchildren, Scott Rheaume of Cypress and Rachel Cooper (Jeff) of Columbus, Indiana; his grandchildren, Tyler Sullivan, Hannah Rose (Lucas), Allison O'Brien (Mark), Ryan Johns (MiKensey), Cody Johns, Noah Donaldson, Claire Cooper and Lily Cooper; his great grandchildren, Lenora Rose, Townes Rose, Trent O'Brien, Hadleigh Johns and Kyler Johns; his sisters, Donna Stone (Gene) of Marion and Judy Lee (Ed) of Lake Wales, Florida; his mother-in-law Catherine Brumley of Vienna; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Girtman (Chuck) of Metropolis, Roger Brumley of Vienna and Bob Brumley (Karen) of Joliet. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends.
