Patty Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank J. Seals and Frances M. Seals (Goins); her brothers, Joe Seals and Alfred'Bubby'Seals; and her grandson Delbert Frank Clardy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Bates of Nebraska and Amanda Jo Marshall (Keith Timmons) of Vienna; her grandchildren, James Cline, Jr., Cameron Cline, Easton Phillips, Lydia Lindsey, Isabella Bates and Scott Isaiah Stewart; and her siblings, Rose M. Knotts (James) of Vienna, Patricia M. Dickerson of McClure and Richard Lee Seals (Carol) of Joppa. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends.
