Mattie Lee Burgess Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mattie Lee Burgess of Vienna, Illinois, who passed away on October 15, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Pannell and Zola Pannell (Farrel); her spouse Elzie T. Burgess; and her siblings, Louise Eddington, Bill Pannell, Thomas Pannell, Raymond Charles Pannell and Annie Ruth Dennis.
She is survived by: her children, Roy Lee Burgess of New Smyrna Beach and Carolyn Racey of Marion, Illinois. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
