Carter (Vienna, Illinois), born in Brookport, Illinois, who passed away on July 3, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Mathis and Freeda Mathis (Henson); her stepfather Autie Henry; her sister Louise; her brother-in-law Bill Brown; and her nephew John Brown.
She is survived by: her husband Bobby Carter; her son Tony Carter of Vienna; her granddaughters, Sarah Smith and Emily Hargis; and her great grandchildren, Skyler Carter, Brentley Smith, Kaden Hall and Tinsley Hargis.
