She was predeceased by: her father Harold Rabe; her husband Frank R. Thoms; her mother Marie Egbert (Schwartz); her daughter Mary Elizabeth Thoms; her brother Ralph Rabe; and her siblings-in-law, Ruth Rabe, Carolyn Thoms and Andreas Thoms.
She is survived by: her son Frederick Dean Thoms of Metropolis, Illinois; her granddaughters, Karyn Marie Canup, Chloe Elizabeth Canup, Lillian Grace McCutcheon and Madeline Brooke McCutcheon; her brothers, Art Rabe of Coulterville and Albert Rabe (Tina) of Ava, Illinois; her sisters-in-law, Renda Rabe of Coulterville and Linda Thoms of Coulterville, Illinois; and her pets, Socks and Della. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
