She was predeceased by: her parents, Dixon Scott and Ressie Scott (Dunning); her son-in-law Dan Rushing; her sister Mary Rhymer; and her siblings-in-law, Donald Rhymer, Otis Kerley (Betty), Donald Kerley, Gary Dale Murphy, Wayne Breeden, Frances Kerley (Bass) and Faye Kerley.
She is survived by: her spouse Rillis L. Kerley; her daughters, Velma Waters (John) of Vienna and Verna Rushing of Metropolis; her grandchildren, Chandra, Chelli Rushing of Metropolis, Steve Waters (Kelli) of Vienna, Mike Waters (Branon) of Vienna and Sara O'Neal (Ryan) of Vienna; her great grandchildren, Christian Stanley, Chaitlyn Foos (Johnny), Ian Hardison, J. T. Waters, Andy Waters, Grady Waters, Griffin Waters, Matt O'Neal and Eli O'Neal; her great great grandchild Vincent Hardison; and her siblings-in-law, Roy Kerley (Ann) of Simpson, Letha Breeden of Vienna, Wilma Murphy of Vienna and Carolyn Kerley of Vienna. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
