She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert Scerial "Skeet" Saltsman; her son John Aubrey Saltsman; her parents, John Russell and Murvey Richardson Russell; and her siblings, Mary Almeda Russell, Helen Russell, Violet Naomi Russell, Ida Mae Russell, Margaret Ellen Russell, Alice Olvina Russell, Samuel Ambrose Russell and Forest Ovid Russell.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Bettie Saltsman Kinley of Johnston City, Illinois; her grandchildren, Steven Stiegleiter of Marion and Amie Ingersoll of Christopher; her great grandchildren, Brittany Dangbar, Jeremy Stiegleiter, Zane Stiegleiter and Jessica Buchan; her great great grandchildren, Madison Dangbar, Marsea Dangbar, Justin Eaves and Spencer Ivy Stiegleiter; her nephew Carl (Margaret Cameron); her great-nieces, Rhonda O'Neal of Ozark and Sherry Walker of Belknap; her sister-in-law Decca Russell of Sullivan, Illinois; and also Alyssa Jones. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
